FORMATION OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL CULTURE OF THE ENTERPRISE

The article analyzes the mechanism of formation of the corporate culture of an enterprise, considering various approaches to the creation of corporate values. The propensity of the existing corporate culture to reorganization and transformation has been investigated. The need for transformations is identified and the importance of continuous development and improvement of corporate culture by top management is emphasized. A comprehensive analysis of the formation of an effective corporate culture in the leading organizations of Ukraine and the world has been carried out.
